Returns & Exchange Policy

C L A S H has a no-refund no-exchange policy for all our items.

Nevertheless, we want to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase(s). Hence, we will review special cases (e.g. faulty/damaged items or items received that are not what was initially ordered - these items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged).

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) at, quoting your order number, name and address, date of receipt and details of the product, which should clearly indicate the reason for return. Subject to C L A S H approval, we will proceed to exchange to your item with another item available in our store of equal value. Please note that initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
