Returns & Exchange Policy
C L A S H has a no-refund no-exchange policy for all our items.
Nevertheless, we want to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase(s). Hence, we will review special cases (e.g. faulty/damaged items or items received that are not what was initially ordered - these items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable may not be returned or exchanged).
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) at email@example.com, quoting your order number, name and address, date of receipt and details of the product, which should clearly indicate the reason for return. Subject to C L A S H approval, we will proceed to exchange to your item with another item available in our store of equal value. Please note that initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
